For the more active, the hotel offers a varied daily fitness programme with gymnastics and water aerobics. In addition, you can play bocce on the beach or rent canoes to explore the coast. You can thus keep fit during your holiday and have fun at the same time.

Adjacent to the private beach, the nautical and diving centre offers the possibility of hiring pedal boats, SUPs, wind-surfing boats, dinghies, catamarans and sailing boats for a fee. If you are a diving or snorkelling enthusiast, the diving service provides diving, apnea and snorkelling courses and organises classic diving trips for a fee. You can explore the seabed of Sardinia and discover the wealth of marine fauna.

In addition, at TH Costa Rei you will find 6 tennis courts, 2 of which are multi-purpose and can also be used to play five-a-side football (night lighting is charged).
